Description
Description of 50L NOWA NTH 50 Hydro-accumulator
The 50L NOWA NTH 50 hydro-accumulator is a steel tank with an elastic, bulb-shaped membrane inside that divides the tank volume into two parts. One part (the membrane) contains water, and the other contains pressurized air. When the pump is on, water fills the elastic membrane and compresses the air in the other part of the tank. When the pump is off, the compressed air expels water from the membrane, maintaining the set pressure in the system until the pump automatically turns on.
Operating conditions:
- the size of non-abrasive particles must not exceed 0.1 mm;
- the total content of mechanical impurities in the water must not exceed 20 g/m3;
- the water must not have a high degree of mineralization – no more than 1500 g/m3 in dry residue;
- the acidity (pH) must be in the range of 6.5 to 9.5;
- chloride content – no more than 350 g/m3, hydrogen sulfide – no more than 1.5 g/m3;
- the operating temperature range of the pumped water is from +4 °C to +90 °C.
