Operating Recommendations

• Avoid simultaneous short-term high speed and short-term high pressure.
• Recommended filtration corresponds to ISO cleanliness code 20/16; nominal filtration 25 microns or higher.
• It is recommended to use high-quality mineral-based hydraulic oil HLP (DIN 51524) or HM (ISO 6743/4).
• Recommended minimum oil viscosity: 13 mm²/s [70 SUS] at 50°C [122°F].
• Recommended maximum system operating temperature: 82°C [180°F].
• To ensure optimal service life, before maximum load, fill the hydraulic system and allow the hydraulic motor to operate at moderate load and speed for 10–15 minutes.
