Operating Recommendations

• Short-term speed and short-term pressure should not occur simultaneously.
• Recommended filtration corresponds to ISO 20/16 cleanliness class; nominal filtration is 25 microns or higher.
• It is recommended to use high-quality mineral hydraulic oil HLP (DIN 51524) or HM (ISO 6743/4).
• Recommended minimum oil viscosity is 13 mm2/s [70 SUS] at 50°C [122°F].
• Recommended maximum system temperature is 82°C [180°F].
• To ensure a long service life of the hydraulic motor, before maximum load, the fluid must be filled, and the device should be allowed to operate under moderate load and speed for 10–15 minutes.
