Kentavr DVU-300DE diesel internal combustion engines are versatile single-cylinder four-stroke air-cooled general-purpose engines.
Kentavr DVU-300DE engines with 6.0 hp, a displacement of 296 cc, and a keyed shaft connection are used as autonomous power units for a wide range of machinery, equipment, machine tools, and transport mechanisms. These engines are used where high power, reliability, and unpretentiousness in operation are required, as part of mini-power plants; in agricultural machinery: motor blocks, motor cultivators, mowers, self-propelled chassis, irrigation systems, etc.; in construction equipment: in vibratory plates, concrete mixers, compressors, pumps. Kentavr DVU-300DE engines can also be used in vehicles, including water transport: boats, cutters, and small yachts.
A distinctive feature of Kentavr DVU-300DE engines is the electric starter, which ensures easy engine start-up. The engines are equipped with a decompression valve, which significantly facilitates starting at any time of the year. To facilitate access from different sides of the crankcase, two oil filler necks with dipstick plugs are provided.
