Description
Discs from Ukrainian manufacturer RN-Sport with 4 hand grips (Quatro-GRIP)
Discs with such grips are safe and convenient to use. With the Quatro grip, the discs can be used as a standalone piece of equipment for various exercises (disc raises to strengthen shoulders, disc rotations around the torso to strengthen abdominal muscles (abs and obliques), overhead press to work triceps, forearm exercises...). In addition to exercises, the discs serve as additional weight for barbells and dumbbells.
The discs are made of metal. After processing, the discs are heated in an oven to 180-200 degrees, painted with impact-resistant paint, and then baked again to form a durable coating.
