Drone detector with video interception, also known as the Olexa drone detector with video interception — is a professional electronic reconnaissance (SIGINT) device for detecting and analyzing analog video signals from FPV drones, including loitering munitions.
The model was developed by Olexa and is equipped with three independent receivers, allowing simultaneous monitoring of the most common FPV bands — 1.3 GHz, 3.3 GHz, and 5.8 GHz. The device not only detects drone activity but also provides real-time interception of the video stream from its camera.
Advantages of the Olexa detector
- detection of FPV drones and loitering munitions
- 3 independent receivers for parallel scanning
- support for 1.3 GHz, 3.3 GHz, and 5.8 GHz frequencies
- interception of analog FPV video signal
- detection range up to 15 km (depends on antennas and conditions)
- OLED display + light and sound indication
- ability to control EW systems via relay contacts
- autonomous operation up to 8 hours
Scope of application
The Olexa drone detector is used for early detection of aerial threats and is suitable for:
- airspace monitoring
- protection of positions, equipment, and infrastructure objects
- integration with EW and alert systems
- mobile or stationary deployment
