The Ajax LeaksProtect wireless flood detection sensor is designed to detect flooding in a protected area and transmit an alarm signal to the Ajax Hub smart control panel. The sensor detects water ingress in seconds but cancels the alarm if it dries out. It operates at a significant distance from the Ajax Hub: 1300 meters in open space or several floors of a building. The sensor is waterproof, with nickel-plated contacts, and operates for up to 5 years without battery replacement.
