Ceramic Plates

The 250×300 mm plates are made from a combination of aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), which provides high bullet resistance at a relatively low weight — 2.8 kg per plate. The plates provide protection against bullets, fragments, and partially against the effects of blast waves. Test protocols are included with the kit.

Plate Carrier and Materials

The tactical plate carrier is made of durable Cordura 1000D. The design features quick-release armor using original Italian hardware, allowing for release in less than a second. The internal 3D damper system with mesh provides effective ventilation and reduces fatigue during prolonged wear. The MOLLE attachment system is located all around the perimeter — front, back, and sides, allowing for easy adaptation of equipment to specific tasks. A removable front panel and chest pocket enhance functionality.
