Warmor gen. 3 Max Class 6 Body Armor, Multicam from Global Ballistics is a professional Class 6 body armor (compliant with DSTU 8782:2018), designed for the most demanding combat conditions. Elements and Materials

The Warmor Gen. 3 Pro plate carrier is made from heavy-duty Cordura 1000D fabric, known for its high wear resistance, water-repellent properties, and increased flame resistance. Reinforced nylon threads and strengthened seams ensure durability in field conditions. The internal mesh lining enhances ventilation and reduces the risk of overheating during intense operations.

The outer surface of the plate carrier is fully equipped with a MOLLE system for attaching additional pouches, a first-aid kit, grenade pouches, and other gear. A quick-release system is provided for emergency removal of the body armor. The shoulder straps have adjustable risers for even load distribution. Side cummerbunds ensure secure fixation and allow for the installation of 150 x 300 mm side ballistic protection.

Armor Protection

The kit includes Class 6 ceramic armor plates, made from a composite of ceramic and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). The plates have a 3D curved shape to conform to the body for a snug fit and comfort. Laboratory tests in Ukraine have confirmed that the plates withstand three shots from a 7.62 × 54 R B-32 bullet. The weight of one armor plate is 2.8 kg, and the size of the armor plates is 250 x 300 mm, providing an optimal balance between protection and mobility.

Additional Protection and Optional Elements

Optionally, the system can be supplemented with soft side packages on a resilient base and groin protection; their protective characteristics are also confirmed by laboratory tests. The S–XL adjustment system of the plate carrier allows it to be worn over light uniforms or winter clothing, maintaining freedom of movement. Side fixation and adjustment adapt the body armor to different body types.
