Materials and Technologies

The chest and sleeves are made of Rip-Stop Flex material—a blend of 65% polyester, 32% cotton, and 3% elastane. Thanks to a reinforced thread woven every 5-7 mm, the fabric has increased tear resistance and prevents tears from spreading. The torso and armpits are cut from the technological fabric CoolPass Air 2.0 (100% polyester), which quickly absorbs moisture, distributes it over a large area, and accelerates evaporation, ensuring high vapor and air permeability.

CoolPass Air 2.0 is a new generation of materials with increased snag resistance and a wear-resistant weave, featuring UV protection and an antibacterial treatment for greater hygiene and comfort during prolonged wear. An elastic insert is provided at the back of the neck for freedom of neck movement and a comfortable fit under gear.

Ergonomics and Design Elements

The shirt features an athletic, ergonomic torso cut for a snug fit and maximum moisture wicking. The sleeves are cut in a raglan style for freedom of movement, and the seams are flat to prevent irritation during prolonged wear under ammunition. The stand-up collar is equipped with hook-and-loop fasteners and allows for two modes of use: open for better ventilation and a formal look, and closed for protection against wind and chafing from a plate carrier; the collar design unfastens easily and does not noticeably press on the chin, leaving space for a buff when closed.

Above the pockets are hook-and-loop areas for patches or chevrons, with additional space for a pen or pencil; hook-and-loop fasteners for ID patches are provided on the chest.
