Impermeable to insects and protected from dust
The smoke chamber has a unique internal air circulation mechanism that ensures unimpeded entry and identification of volatile combustion products. At the same time, dust accumulation or ingress of other dirt that could affect the quality of fire detection is impossible.
Ignores cooking smoke and water vapor
The smoke chamber is equipped with a dual-spectrum optical sensor with blue and infrared LEDs that emit light with different wavelengths. This technology helps the sensor determine the size of volatile particles in real time and react only to fire smoke, ignoring water vapor.
Reacts only to real threats
The HazeFlow 2 algorithm is the result of in-depth research into the nature of combustion of various materials. In real time, it analyzes data received from the dual-spectrum optical sensor and compares them with the smoke pattern. Thanks to the algorithm, the sensor quickly distinguishes real fire smoke from water vapor and instantly generates an alarm.
Even if the fire is smokeless
FireProtect 2 has two A1R class thermistors for detecting smokeless fires. They provide a significant advantage when the temperature rises sharply due to the burning of synthetic materials or when combustion begins with smoldering. The thermistors are located outside the casing — this way the sensor detects fire without delay, without wasting a single precious minute. FireProtect 2 will instantly notify of a threat, even if it arises unnoticed.
