Massive blood loss and airway obstruction account for 80% of casualties in combat. The Tactical aid kit is designed to reduce these losses and provide quick and effective pre-hospital care on the battlefield or in tactical medicine conditions.

The Tactical aid kit's contents are aimed at preventing death from massive hemorrhage and ensuring airway patency. The kit's contents are selected to stop massive bleeding from limbs, restore airway patency, restore normal respiratory function, and prevent hypothermia in the injured person.

The pouch design includes attachment: the first-aid kit is equipped with M.O.L.L.E. system straps, allowing it to be secured to gear. The front features Velcro and elastic fasteners for convenient placement of tourniquet pouches, tactical scissors, or additional equipment. The pouch closes with a quality zipper; inside, there is a small pocket and elastic straps for secure content fixation.
