Features of AGM Multi-Gel Battery Production

Multi-gel batteries are manufactured using advanced AGM technology with thickened plates featuring high anti-corrosion properties.

Porous insulating thin fiberglass mats are placed inside the battery. Separators and electrode plates are tightly pressed against each other. Thus, no free liquid electrolyte remains between the battery plates, as it is contained within the separator and the active part of the electrodes.

The amount of liquid electrolyte is dosed so that small pores are filled with acid, while larger ones ensure gas circulation.

The battery design features an improved gas recombination system – oxygen and hydrogen, formed as a result of chemical processes, do not escape the sealed casing before condensation.

How to avoid battery capacity loss during frequent power outages?

Two important rules for caring for AGM, GEL, MG batteries:

1. Do not frequently discharge the battery by more than 30% of its capacity (consider this when calculating battery capacity).
2. After discharge, the battery must be fully charged with a current of 1/10 of its capacity for 10 hours.

IMPORTANT! If a group of several batteries connected in parallel or in series is used, then:

• all batteries must have the same capacity,
• be of the same type (AGM, GEL, or MG),
• have the same voltage, the same number of charge/discharge cycles,
• be from the same batch and brand.

Violation of these requirements leads to premature failure of one or more batteries and is not a warranty case.
