Volter Smart-11 — Single-Phase Voltage Stabilizer
Smart-11 is a single-phase voltage stabilizer for an apartment or house with a maximum power of 11 kW. It belongs to the Volter Smart series and is designed to provide stabilized voltage to all types of electrical consumers when powered from a grid with unsatisfactory voltage quality.
The device is a double-conversion stabilizer without energy storage, which ensures complete independence of the output voltage from changes and surges in the input voltage, as well as from load changes.
For this purpose, it contains a reference voltage source with grid frequency and a stable value, with which the output voltage is continuously compared. Thanks to this design, the stabilizer does not react even to very sharp, almost instantaneous changes in the input voltage and quickly adapts to any load changes.
Independence from load types is also implemented: the stabilizer works equally effectively with active, capacitive, and inductive loads, provided that the output current does not exceed the permissible value.
