LP LiFePO4 Battery HV high-voltage battery packs are a modern and efficient way to store energy

High-voltage batteries are devices capable of storing and delivering large amounts of energy at high voltage. This characteristic makes them ideal for use in stationary energy storage systems and industrial complexes, as well as in vehicles.

The main advantages of high-voltage batteries are:

  • High energy density. Compared to lead-acid batteries, high-voltage batteries have a higher energy density. This means that for the same size and weight, a LiFePO4 battery stores more energy than a conventional battery;

  • High conversion efficiency. The energy conversion efficiency of high-voltage batteries is higher than that of low-voltage batteries, which reduces energy losses during use;

  • Excellent scalability. In a high-voltage battery system, the capacity of the energy storage can be easily increased or decreased as needed.

The nominal voltage in high-voltage battery packs exceeds 75 V, usually from 300 to 1000 V, which reduces energy losses during use.

Universal LiFePO4 high-voltage batteries are used:

  • For household needs. In private houses, country houses, townhouses, and cottages;

  • For business. In banks, shops, cafes, beauty salons, private medical offices, as well as in small production areas or offices;

  • For infrastructure facilities. In schools, kindergartens, etc. 

Where are high-voltage batteries used for backup power systems?

In general, the efficiency and safety of using high-voltage batteries are proven by their operation in electric transport. 

Also, the use of HV batteries is rapidly expanding in other areas:

  • Storage of renewable energy generated from solar panels or wind farms;

  • Backup power systems for critical infrastructure. For example, in medical facilities. The system is installed stationary and in case of power outage automatically switches to battery operation. This is vital in cases where an operation is underway or a patient is connected to a ventilator. The charge of one battery pack is enough for autonomous operation of the entire hospital and completion of all important procedures until switching to other backup power sources;

  • Autonomous power supply systems for remote or isolated settlements;
