Operation and Modes
Operation is very simple: a single button on the side of the light allows you to turn the device on/off and switch modes. To turn on or off, simply press and hold the button for about 0.5 seconds. Switching between modes occurs by pressing the button when the light is on: Low → Med → High → Turbo. To enter flash mode (strobe), double-click the button. The Fenix BC21R V3.0 has a mode memory function (except for strobe mode) — when turned on again, the last used mode will be activated.

Low: 50 lumens, 33 hours, 28 m, 206 candela. Strobe: 400 lumens. Parameters were obtained under laboratory conditions with a Fenix ARB-L18-2600 battery at a temperature of 21±3 °C and humidity of 50–80%; in real conditions, indicators may vary.
Safety and Indication
The light is equipped with an overheating protection function: if the body temperature rises to ≈60 °C, the brightness automatically decreases. There is a battery level indicator: when the button is pressed in the off state, the indicator will show the charge level for a few seconds: solid green light — 100%–85%, flashing green — 85%–50%, solid red — 50%–25%, flashing red — 25%–1%. A low voltage warning function is also implemented.
Compatibility and Mounting
The Fenix BC21R V3.0 can be mounted on a bicycle, on a helmet using a compatible holder, or fixed to a standard GoPro interface. The innovative quick-release mount design and all-metal body ensure reliability and quick removal/installation.
