The machine is manufactured based on practical experience. All technologies are field-tested and possess the necessary characteristics for use, with a large margin of safety and reliability for both mechanical components and paintwork and upholstery. For smooth platform movement, rollers made of a special grade of plastic are used, which has a number of necessary characteristics that reduce noise and increase smoothness, and also guarantee a significant service life. Bearings are installed in each roller, and the machines provide roundness to each roller individually, so the platform withstands heavy loads, has a margin of reliability, and moves smoothly, even with asymmetrical foot placement, without fear of skewing.

The backrest and platform axes are mounted on bearing assemblies, adjust very smoothly, have no play, and angle changes are very easy and simple. The machine's backrests are made of PU foam, which has the necessary density for comfortable workouts; the backrests will never compress completely even at maximum machine load.

Rubber shock absorbers are installed on the platform to absorb impacts. Safety stops with limiters at several height levels are installed on the sides of the machine, always within reach, as the rejection angle is chosen to be always close, and also allows people with heights from 150 to 195 cm to exercise. The machine is equipped with handles of increased diameter, more suitable for such a machine, for convenience of exercise performance and getting into the machine.

In the rear part of the machine, storage spots for spare weight plates are installed, ensuring organization near the machine and significantly facilitating weight changes. Friction surfaces, such as guides or plate loading areas, are made exclusively of stainless steel, the only material capable of maintaining its appearance over many years of operation, considering the surface load they endure.
