The KENTAVR F404XU is a compact and functional tractor with a 40 hp diesel engine, designed for a wide range of agricultural and municipal tasks.
Engine
Equipped with a 4-cylinder KM490BT diesel engine with a displacement of 2545 cm³ and a direct fuel injection system. Power — 40 hp (29.4 kW).
A contact-oil filter with a metal mesh and cyclone is used for air purification. An electric glow plug facilitates engine start. The fuel tank holds 50 liters.
Transmission and Chassis
Mechanical gear transmission with a (4+1)×2 shift pattern (4 forward gears, neutral, reverse, two reduction gears). Clutch — single-function, twin-disc, constantly closed type.
4×4 all-wheel drive ensures reliable off-road capability. Hydrostatic power steering with a separate pump and oil tank. Rear drum brakes, mechanical, with synchronized separate pedals for the right and left wheels.
