KENTAVR 404XU Tractor — Powerful and Reliable 40 HP All-Wheel Drive Tractor for Universal Tasks
Engine
The tractor is equipped with a 4-cylinder KM490BT diesel engine with a displacement of 2545 cm³ and a nominal power of 40 HP (29.4 kW) with direct fuel injection. A contact-oil air filter with an oil bath, paper element, metal mesh, and cyclone separator provides reliable dust protection. An electric glow plug is installed for easier starting in cold weather. The 65-liter fuel tank allows for long operating times without refueling.
Transmission and Chassis
Mechanical gear transmission with a main gearbox with 4 gears and two additional reduction gears and neutral. A separate reverse gearbox is available. The clutch is dual-disc, constantly engaged. Hydrostatic steering with a separate pump and tank ensures ease of control. 4x4 all-wheel drive improves off-road capability. Rear drum brakes with separate pedals that synchronize for simultaneous action. A rear axle differential lock is available to enhance off-road capability.
Hitch System
Universal three-point rear hitch system driven by two hydraulic cylinders. Power take-off (PTO) shaft with a rotational speed of 540–1000 rpm. The hydraulic system has two hydraulic outputs (pressure and drain) with quick-release couplings, controlled by the main hydraulic distributor. A removable pendulum drawbar is available for towing.

Suspension seat with steering wheel distance adjustment and armrests. A flat operator floor ensures comfortable work. Multifunctional electronic instrument panel with digital pressure gauge. An electrical outlet for trailer connection is available. Metal front fenders. The tractor is equipped with a horn, hazard lights, rearview mirrors, front and rear headlights, turn signals, a rear stop light, and cabin lighting.
