KENTAVR 404SDU Tractor — Powerful, Durable, All-Wheel Drive Tractor for Demanding Tasks
KENTAVR 404SDU is a reliable tractor with a 4-cylinder, 40 hp diesel engine and 4x4 all-wheel drive. It is designed for heavy field work and agricultural tasks that require maximum productivity and durability. The absence of a cabin is compensated by a robust design and ease of maintenance.
Engine
It features a KM490BT 4-cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 2545 cm³, operating at 2300 rpm with direct fuel injection. The cooling system is liquid-based, with forced circulation and an expansion tank. Air preparation occurs through a metal mesh and an oil bath with a monocyclone. Air preheating is provided by an electro-flame spiral for easier starting in cold weather. The 35 L fuel tank ensures long autonomous operation. Fuel consumption is ≤245 g/kWh.
Transmission and Chassis
The mechanical gear transmission with 4 forward speeds, neutral, and 1 reverse, supplemented by high and low gears, allows precise speed adjustment from 0.39 to 31.97 km/h. The disengageable front axle, rear drum brakes, differential lock, and hydrostatic steering with a quick-turn knob ensure high maneuverability and control on any terrain. Ground clearance is 310 mm, and agrotechnical clearance is 390 mm.
Design and Hitch System
The rear 3-point hitch system with a hydraulic lift has a maximum lifting capacity of 550 kg and is equipped with a three-section hydraulic distributor. The hydraulic system includes two remote hydraulic cylinders and a separate gear pump. The PTO has standard speeds of 540/720 rpm, allowing connection of a wide range of implements. There is no front hitch system. A removable swinging drawbar is available for towing.
Comfort and Electrical Equipment
It features a cushioned seat with adjustment for distance to the steering wheel. The instrument panel is combined with analog and light indicators. Electrical equipment includes: a 750 W generator, a 12 V / 100 Ah battery, main front and rear headlights, and a protected socket for trailer connection. A horn and hazard lights are present for safety.
