KENTAVR 244SX Tractor — Durable All-Wheel Drive Assistant for Professional Farming
The KENTAVR 244SX model is a modern tractor with a 4x4 wheel formula, reliable transmission, and an economical diesel engine, designed for efficient work in the field, on a homestead plot, and in municipal services. The reinforced construction, convenient hitch system, and high-quality hydraulics ensure the versatility and durability of the equipment.
Engine
At the heart of the tractor is a reliable 3-cylinder diesel engine KM385BT (1532 cm³) with a power of 24 hp. The electric starter system is supplemented with electric flare heating, which guarantees confident starting even at sub-zero temperatures. The engine operates with low fuel consumption (≤275 g/kWh), has an efficient cooling system with an expansion tank, and air is cleaned through a multi-stage cyclone filter with an oil bath.
Transmission and Chassis
The tractor is equipped with a manual gearbox ((4+1)×2 formula), which allows operation in a wide range of speeds — from 2.11 to 32.19 km/h forward and up to 7.75 km/h backward. Drum brakes with separate pedals, a parking brake with mechanical locking, hydrostatic power steering with a separate tank, and a two-way symmetrical hydraulic cylinder guarantee stability on any surface. The wheelbase is 1660 mm, agrotechnical clearance is 390 mm, allowing work on various types of soil.
Construction and Hitch System
The universal 3-point hitch system with a hydraulic lift on a separate hydraulic pump has a lifting capacity of up to 420 kg. The PTO rotates at speeds of 640 / 800 rpm, supporting simultaneous operation with a trailer. The hydraulic system has two hydraulic outlets with quick-release couplings for attachments. The hydraulic system's oil tank is 6 liters, and the fluid type changes seasonally (MG-46V in summer, M-15V(S) in winter).
Comfort and Electrical Equipment
The seat with shock absorption is equipped with distance adjustment to the steering wheel. The instrument panel features five round indicators, easy for the operator to read. Equipment includes main headlights, turn signals, an electrical outlet for a trailer, audible and emergency alarms. Rigid front/rear fenders, a spare parts box, manual mass control, a 350 W generator — everything is designed for reliability in daily operation.
