Features

Testing was performed with an initial water temperature of 95 °C and a room temperature of 20 °C. Please note! The ability of a food jar to retain the temperature of cooked food is slightly lower than for boiled water. For maximum heat retention, it is recommended to rinse the food jar with boiling water from the inside before use, and to fill the food jar with the hottest possible food to prevent fermentation.
