Thermal Characteristics
The food jar retains heat for a long time. Measurements for water with an initial temperature of 95°C at a room temperature of 20°C showed: 68°C after 6 hours, 54°C after 12 hours, 40°C after 24 hours. It should be noted that the ability to retain the temperature of prepared food will be slightly lower than for plain water (boiling water). For maximum efficiency, before use, we recommend rinsing the food jar with boiling water from the inside and placing food that is as hot as possible.
