Features and Construction

The mat is made of high-quality wear- and moisture-resistant Cordura 1000D fabric, ensuring durability even with intensive use on wet ground, stone, or metal. Inside are two layers of resilient foam, which add comfort when sitting on hard surfaces. One foam layer can be removed through a hook-and-loop opening and replaced with a soft ballistic anti-fragmentation insert (ballistic insert not included).

A plastic sheet inserted inside serves as additional protection for the ballistic insert against mechanical damage. The size of the pocket for the ballistic insert allows for a 35×25.5 cm insert.

Attachment and Compatibility

The mat is equipped with side straps in the form of wings with a sewn-in elastic band, which transitions into a regular webbing strap externally, preventing pinching while sitting and not restricting movement. The straps fasten with a quick-release buckle; one of the straps has an adjustable length up to 87 cm, with the free end secured by an elastic band. The mat can also be laced to a MOLLE system, for example, to a battle belt (belt-shoulder system), or hung on a regular belt using two vertical attachments with hook-and-loop loops that are length-adjustable. Thanks to the quick-release buckles, the mat can be quickly detached or attached without lengthy lacing.
