Assembly of the pulley is quick and intuitive – with the included instructions, you can assemble it in a few minutes. Simply secure the strap to the pull-up bar, attach the pulley with a strong steel cable, and then connect the exercise attachment to the cable. For loading weights, a metal pin with a removable adapter is used. After choosing the desired weight, attach it to the other end of the steel cable. When using disc weights with a 50 mm hole, the adapter is used; for weights with a 30 mm hole, the adapter is removed. You can choose the weight and number of weights (weights are not included) according to your needs and preferences. You can start with light loads, but the pulley has a maximum load capacity of up to 150 kg, so it can withstand even intense workouts for experienced athletes.
The set includes two types of attachments, triceps ropes and a straight triceps bar. This allows for a truly varied and versatile workout. Thanks to these attachments, you can perform effective exercises such as triceps extensions, reverse-grip lat pulldowns, straight-arm pulldowns, overhead lat pulldowns for the rear deltoids, and many others.
