Retay PM Black from the Turkish manufacturer Retay Arms is a blank firing pistol designed for firing 9mm blank cartridges. The model is a replica of the Soviet Makarov Pistol - PM, retaining the familiar forms and design solutions of the original, making it convenient for practicing skills, use as a signaling device, or a collector's item.

The pistol features a removable magazine, similar to a live-fire pistol: magazine capacity is 6+1 (six in the magazine and one in the chamber). The barrel is steel and plugged, which prevents the use of gas or traumatic cartridges. The sights — front and rear — are decorative and serve for external resemblance to the original.

Design Features and Materials
