The Defender 7LVL model in olive (8339) is designed for military units and active outdoor use in harsh weather conditions. Materials and Protection. The outer material is Nylon Taslan (100% nylon) with a water-repellent WR treatment that prevents moisture penetration and protects against wind and dirt. The fabric is coated with PU on the inside for enhanced moisture resistance and wind protection. The insulation is Ukrainian TEMPLOFT, a lightweight synthetic down-like filler: it does not shed through the fabric, does not get wet, and retains its elasticity. The inner quilted nylon lining secures the insulation, prevents it from clumping, and makes the surface pleasant to the touch.
Functionality and Design. The pants feature full-length side zippers, allowing for quick donning and doffing over other clothing and providing quick access to inner pockets. The zippers have pullers, convenient for use with gloves. High-stress areas — knees, seat, and inner bottom of the pants — are reinforced with a double layer of material for increased wear resistance. A constructive gusset in the crotch prevents tearing and adds freedom of movement during intense activity.
The waistband is designed as a tunnel for fit adjustment, allowing for personalized comfort. The bottom of the pants is secured with elastic cuffs and hook-and-loop fasteners; a hook is provided for attachment to footwear laces. The model features a high rise, which further protects the lower back and better retains warmth in the waist area and fleece inserts.
