Nagant Strilets-V blank-firing revolver, 9mm caliber
Strilets-V is a blank-firing revolver based on the legendary Nagant revolver, adapted for firing simulation and demonstration purposes. The model is manufactured by Erma-Inter in Ukraine and combines a classic appearance with structural changes mainly affecting the cylinder and barrel. The revolver is designed for use with 9mm P.A.K blank cartridges to produce sound signals during theatrical events, shows, sports competitions, dog training, in case of alarm, and for other scenarios where a shot needs to be simulated without using live ammunition.
Deactivation and safety features:
- The barrel is plugged at the muzzle; a hole for powder gas exhaust is provided below the plug, and a pin is inserted into the barrel through the frame from above. The revolver frame is weakened.
- Pins are inserted into the cylinder chambers to prevent the use of live ammunition.
- For safety reasons, a small pin is installed in the lower part of the frame.
Purpose
The model is ideal for productions, film shoots, training, and demonstrations where realistic firing simulation is required without a real firearm threat. The Strilets-V provides a distinct gunshot sound when using 9mm P.A.K blank cartridges, maintaining a safe design due to the deactivation performed.

This blank-firing revolver combines an authentic appearance and comfortable operation: a wooden grip for a pleasant hold, a steel body for realistic weight and appearance, and the presence of a rear and front sight for basic aiming during demonstrations. Thanks to its 7-round cylinder, the model allows for multiple simulated shots without reloading after each volley.
