Flobert Revolver SEM RS-1.1
The SEM RS-1.1 is a new version of the Ukrainian Flobert revolver from the SEM brand. The main difference from the previous model is a 10-round cylinder. The revolver has compact dimensions, making it ideal for concealed carry; its shape is unusual but comfortable to hold and operate.
Purpose: training shooting with 4mm Flobert cartridges. This revolver does not belong to the category of firearms and is not subject to registration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Materials: the model is entirely made of 40Kh and 45 steel grades, the grip overlay is made of beech wood. The 10-round cylinder is not swing-out; loading occurs one cartridge at a time by rotating the cylinder. A special extractor (cleaning rod), which is fixed in the revolver's grip, is provided for extracting spent casings.
The steel barrel is smooth, 55 mm long. The rear sight is non-adjustable, the front sight is horizontally adjustable. The double-action trigger mechanism (USM) is made of steel. The new version of the SEM RS-1.1 includes a Weaver rail, allowing for the installation of additional accessories: a flashlight, red-dot sight, or laser sight. It is recommended to use 4mm Sellier & Bellot cartridges from the Czech manufacturer.

The Flobert revolver SEM RS-1.1 is a combination of durable steel components (grades 40Kh and 45) and an ergonomic beechwood grip. Its compact dimensions (width 30 mm, height 110 mm, overall length 166 mm) and weight of 0.65 kg ensure convenience for concealed carry and quick access. The 10-round cylinder offers greater capacity compared to previous versions, while the design allows for sequential loading of one cartridge at a time.
Operational features: spent casings are extracted with a special extractor (cleaning rod) located in the grip; the smooth 55 mm barrel provides a muzzle velocity of about 170 m/s and muzzle energy of 7.5 J, with an effective firing range of up to 5 meters. The rear sight is fixed, and the front sight is horizontally adjustable, allowing for fine aiming at short distances.

The manufacturer recommends using 4mm Sellier & Bellot cartridges to ensure stable mechanical operation and safe use.
