Borner Z122 Air Pistol (Sig Sauer P226) is a high-quality CO2-powered replica of the legendary Sig Sauer P226 pistol, designed for training and recreational shooting. The pistol operates on 12-gram CO2 cartridges and uses 4.5mm steel BBs. The slide is fixed, which keeps the appearance as close to the original as possible, while ensuring simple and reliable operation.
The pistol's double-action trigger mechanism allows for shooting in both double-action and single-action modes. The magazine capacity is 20 BBs, and the CO2 cartridge is also housed in the magazine compartment, secured by a set screw. A magazine release button, located on the left side of the frame near the trigger, allows for quick removal and reloading. This model does not feature Blowback.
For accurate shooting, a front sight and an adjustable rear sight are installed; the rear sight is vertically adjustable, allowing for point-of-impact correction. A 22mm Weaver/Picatinny rail is provided for mounting under-barrel equipment (laser, flashlight), which increases target acquisition speed and versatility. The barrel is smoothbore, 110 mm long, with an initial BB velocity of approximately 130 m/s.
Comfortable grip is ensured by an ergonomic handle with rough, non-slip overlays. Operational safety is reinforced by a manual safety with a red indicator, which prevents accidental discharge.
