ZBROIA Khortytsia 450/230 (cal. 4.5 mm, brown) is a modern PCP air rifle from the Ukrainian manufacturer ZBROIA (ЗБРОЯ), Kharkiv, introduced in late 2021. The model features an updated appearance and a redesigned construction, optimized for sport shooting and training tasks. The rifle is finished in brown, has a Monte Carlo wooden stock and forend, and a standard sound moderator with threading for suppressor installation.
New Bolt System
The Khortytsia is equipped with a modern bolt, similar to the Fortner system, ensuring fast and convenient reloading. The bolt moves with a linear motion of the handle along the barrel axis; cocking is done with the index finger, return with the thumb. This design reduces reloading time and improves aiming convenience without removing the hand from the grip.
Linear Magazine and Feeding System
The rifle comes with six linear magazines, each holding 5 pellets (magazine capacity — 5 pcs.). The loaded 30 shots are conveniently stored in a special niche on the stock. The magazines are secured by a magnetic system, are quickly replaceable, and allow monitoring the number of remaining shots due to linear displacement after each shot. The new pellet retention system in the magazine uses a two-pellet limit, which reduces stress on rubber seals and increases reliability at low temperatures.
Updated Stock and Ergonomics
The extended forend in the trigger area allows resting the rifle on a fist or palm for stabilization. The forend has a swivel stud hole for attaching a bipod or sling. To implement the new bolt system, the grip was shortened and its angle changed. The trigger guard is made of wood and carved into the stock. The "flag" type safety has been moved to the receiver for the left hand.
Sighting and Mounting Solutions
The Picatinny rail is extended to 160 mm, allowing for mounting optical sights and additional accessories. The rifle is supplied without sighting devices (not included).

The rifle is intended for training and simulation; please note that hunting with an air rifle is prohibited in Ukraine, although the model is exported to several countries. With a full 230 cm³ reservoir and factory settings, approximately 90 shots can be fired. The design allows for suppressor mounting thanks to the threading on the sound moderator.
