ZBROIA Kozak FC-2 450/230 Air Rifle (Cal. 4.5 mm, Black)

Kozak FC-2 is a modern PCP bullpup rifle from ZBROIA, designed for comfortable and accurate shooting. The 4.5 mm caliber model with a symmetrical stock is suitable for both right-handed and left-handed shooters. This version features a black body finish and an ash wood stock that has been moisture-treated, as well as a rubberized butt pad for comfortable shouldering.

Design and Functional Features

The Kozak FC-2 features a cocking lever relocated to the center of the rifle, directly above the trigger, allowing for quick reloading without changing the aiming position. The Picatinny rail has been extended to 184 mm (17 slots), enabling optics to be mounted at a comfortable distance from the shooter's eye. Additionally, two side Picatinny rails with 7 slots each are located on the receiver for mounting flashlights, laser designators, and other equipment. The fixed cheek rest has a natural leather pad for increased comfort in various temperatures.

Barrel and Sound Moderator

The ZBROIA-produced barrel is rifled (12 grooves), ensuring high accuracy and precision. The model is available with a 450 mm barrel; a version with a 550 mm barrel is also available in the lineup. A sound moderator is integrated into the barrel housing, reducing the sound of the shot; if needed, an additional sound moderator can be installed on the 1/2"-20 UNF thread, which is covered by a protective cap.

Reservoir and Filling

The high-pressure reservoir contains an integrated regulated volume: for the 450 mm barrel model, the volume is 230 cm3, and for the 550 mm model, it is 290 cm3. The working pressure of the reservoir is 30 MPa (300 kgf/cm2). The regulator ensures stable shot energy consistency. A manometer and a 6 mm diameter filling port are located on the reservoir cap. Two filling adapters are included: threaded and quick-disconnect. Please note that the reservoir is not quick-detachable.

Trigger Mechanism and Safety

The trigger mechanism is made of high-quality gun steel and features adjustable trigger pull weight and travel. For safety, a manual safety is provided to prevent accidental discharge. The cocking type is bolt action.

Magazine and Ammunition Supply

The rifle is equipped with an extra-thick drum magazine, allowing the use of virtually any pellets. The magazine capacity is 10 rounds. The muzzle velocity is 280 ± 40 m/s, and the muzzle energy is 30 J.

Materials and Dimensions

The stock and buttstock are made of wood (ash). The overall length of the rifle is 714 mm, width is 55 mm, and height is 186 mm. The weight is 3.1 kg. The barrel length in this configuration is 450 mm; the twist rate is specified as 450 mm in the technical parameters.
