Design Overview and Key Advantages
The rifle features no traditional wooden stock; instead, it uses a modular design on a Mil-Spec aluminum tube with polymer elements. The stock folds 180° to the left and is telescopic, with 6 length adjustment positions in 0.9 mm increments. The adjustable cheek rest has 6 positions within a 40 mm range, allowing comfortable mounting of optics or a red-dot sight. This design makes the Khortytsia TAC highly adaptable to the shooter's needs and comfortable for transport.
Stock and Practical Solutions
The polymer folding stock ensures compactness for storage and transport. The rubberized buttpad guarantees a tight shoulder fit, while the two-stage locking pedal and through-holes for sling or carabiner attachment add practicality during use. QD sling swivel sockets are also provided.
Grip
The compact pistol grip is compatible with AR-15 carbines, made of reinforced polymer with a rubberized coating. Its ergonomic shape with grooves and a bottom flange ensures excellent hand retention and comfort during aiming and shooting.
Forend and Equipment
The aluminum forend with M-LOK interface allows for mounting bipods, lights, and other accessories. Included are a repositionable holder for two spare magazines and a short Picatinny rail for additional equipment.
