The WARMOR gen.4 Plate Carrier is modern Ukrainian military equipment that combines the classic IOTV 3 configuration of the US Army with local innovations for enhanced protection and functionality. The model is black and designed as an extended plate carrier with an elongated upper section and widened sides ("ears") for maximum torso coverage and the ability to accommodate full-size ballistic soft armor inserts.

Materials and Durability: The body is made of Cordura 1000d — a material with increased wear resistance (over 50,000 abrasion cycles), fire-resistant, damage-resistant, and low-observable to night-vision devices. This ensures a long service life and reliability in field conditions.

Package Contents: The package includes the WARMOR gen.4 plate carrier, 4 ammunition pouches, and 1 tourniquet pouch. Ballistic soft armor inserts are not included. The plate carrier is compatible with full-size ballistic soft armor inserts measuring 620×470 mm.

Design Features: The enlarged front panel allows for attaching up to four AK/AR magazines without additional modifications; M.O.L.L.E webbing and additional hook-and-loop fasteners are located around the entire perimeter — front, sides, back — for attaching pouches, first-aid kits, backpacks, and other modules. A replaceable M.O.L.L.E front panel and a front pocket for small gear are provided.

Ergonomics and Comfort: The thoughtful design redirects weight from the shoulders to the back and abdominal muscles, reducing the load on the shoulder girdle. Removable shoulder pads allow for replacement or washing, increasing the practicality and service life of the plate carrier. The size is adjustable in the L–XL range (adjustment at the back and shoulders), ensuring a universal fit.

Safety and Quick Access: Original Italian hardware provides the ability for quick side and top release of equipment (1-second release), allowing for rapid removal of the plate carrier in emergency situations and providing medics access to the torso.

Ventilation and Protection: The 3D damper with a ventilated mesh ensures comfort during prolonged wear, improves air circulation, and wicks away moisture. For side protection, straps are provided for inserting standard protective plates made of molecular polyethylene on a resilient base.
