The model is designed for both uniform use and outdoor activities or field work: it protects from the sun, provides ventilation, and withstands intensive use thanks to high-quality materials and technical solutions.

The boonie hat is made of Rip-Stop fabric, consisting of 65% cotton and 35% polyester. The fabric has increased resistance to abrasion and tearing and is additionally treated with a water-resistant Teflon impregnation for protection against dirt and moisture. The brim of the hat is made of a double layer of fabric with additional stitching, which adds stiffness and allows it to maintain its shape during active movement.

For comfortable wear, all seams of the hat are hidden both externally and internally, minimizing the risk of chafing. On both sides of the hat, there are metal eyelets with an insect-protective mesh, which provide additional ventilation in hot weather. A MOLLE webbing is provided around the crown for attaching additional equipment or pouches, as well as other MOLLE straps for tactical additions.

The boonie hat is equipped with an internal drawstring for head fixation, which is adjusted with a plastic lock-fastener. This design allows for secure fastening of the headwear in windy conditions or during intense activities, maintaining ergonomics and durability of use.
