The block trainer is equipped with a 100 kg weight stack.

It is designed for various lower and upper block pulls, namely: chest pulls, back pulls, waist pulls, etc. It is possible to change handles for pulls, which allows for isolated training of specific muscle groups.

Handles and bars for pulls are not included in the delivery set and are purchased separately.

The trainer is manufactured either as a fully welded unit or with mountable lower legs, at the client's choice. It can also be additionally secured to a wall or floor.

The support legs are 80cm long and have an 80-degree splay angle to ensure self-stability.
