Description of NOWA 4DS 750-12048 submersible screw pump:

The NOWA 4DS 750-12048 screw well pump is designed for lifting and supplying clean cold water from wells, boreholes, cisterns, and other deep sources that meet the technical conditions for pump placement and fastening.

The NOWA 4DS 750-12048 screw well pump belongs to the class of submersible monoblock rotary pumps with a vertical shaft arrangement. The motor is located in the lower part of the pump, and the upper flange has a threaded outlet for connecting the pipeline and a check valve. A screw pump is less sensitive to water contamination than other well pumps and can operate in both vertical and inclined positions. The pump is suspended using a flexible cable attached to eye bolts.

The pump can be used independently or as part of adaptive, automatic, and non-automatic pumping stations for:

• organizing autonomous water supply;
• use in irrigation systems;
• drainage of clean water (reducing groundwater levels, irrigation).

The pump is not intended for pumping mineral and sea water, chemically active, aggressive, and flammable liquids and solutions. The water pumped by the pump must not contain abrasive particles or long-fiber inclusions.

Operating conditions:

• the size of abrasive particles must not exceed 2.0 mm;
• the total content of mechanical impurities in the water must not exceed 30 g/m³;
• the water must not have a high degree of mineralization — no more than 1500 g/m³ in dry residue;
• the pH value must be in the range of 6.5 to 9.5;
• chloride content — no more than 400 g/m³, hydrogen sulfide — no more than 1.5 g/m³;
• operating temperature range of pumped water — from +1 °С to +35 °С;
• maximum number of motor starts per hour — no more than 20;
• minimum well diameter is 100 mm;
• maximum submersion depth 35 m.
