Description of NOWA WQCD C1500f submersible drainage and sewage pump

The NOWA WQCD C1500f submersible drainage and sewage pump is designed for pumping contaminated water – domestic, municipal, and agricultural.

By design, the NOWA WQCD C1500f submersible drainage and sewage pump belongs to submersible monoblock centrifugal pumps with a vertical shaft arrangement and a side-mounted pressure nozzle. The pump can be installed on a solid base or suspended by its carrying handle on a flexible cable.

The pump can be used for:

• pumping clean or contaminated water to drain drainage wells, cellars and basements, pits, ditches, swimming pools, reservoirs;
• draining and lowering the level of groundwater and wastewater, irrigation;
• pumping out the contents of sewage settling tanks, collectors, wells, including water containing feces, detergent components and other household chemicals, fibrous inclusions;
• supplying water from open natural reservoirs and water bodies to irrigation systems for gardens and vegetable gardens, garden and park fountains.

The pump is not intended for pumping mineral and sea water, aggressive and flammable liquids and solutions. The water pumped by the pump should not contain large abrasive or solid inclusions.

Operating conditions:

• the total content of mechanical impurities in the water should not exceed 12 kg/m3;
• the operating temperature range of the pumped water is from +4 °С to +40 °С;
• the maximum number of pump motor starts per hour is no more than 20;
• the acidity (pH) should be in the range of 4 to 10;
• minimum drainage level – 120 mm;
• minimum well diameter – 550 mm;
• maximum impurity diameter – 30 mm.
