Description of NOWA LCA 25-6-180B Circulation Pump
The NOWA LCA 25-6-180B circulation pump is designed for forced circulation of working fluids (heat carriers) in closed and open heating and air conditioning systems.
By design, the NOWA LCA 25-6-180B circulation pump is equipped with a mechanism that converts flow energy into pressure and delivers water in the desired direction. The pump connects to a single-phase AC network with a voltage of 230 V and a frequency of 50 Hz, and is installed in a mounted heating system. The heat carrier temperature can vary within a wide range – from +2°C to +110°C.
Permitted heat carrier substances:
- purified water;
- antifreezes based on ethylene glycol and propylene glycol;
- fire-safe, mineral, and synthetic oils.
The circulation pump is not intended for pumping hard fresh, mineral, and sea water, aggressive and flammable liquids and solutions, food products, high-viscosity liquids, and emulsions. The water pumped by the pump must not contain large abrasive or solid inclusions.
Operating conditions:
- the viscosity of the liquid used must not exceed the viscosity of water by more than 20%;
- operating temperature range of circulating water – from +2°C to +110°C;
- ambient temperature from +4°C to +40°C and humidity not exceeding 95%;
- maximum system pressure can reach 10 bar;
- the hydrogen index (pH) of the heat carrier must be within 6.5–8.5 units.
