Faighter T-20 Lux Mototractor — an improved 20 hp model

Design and Power Unit

The mototractor is equipped with a single-cylinder horizontal diesel four-stroke engine ZS1105 with a maximum power of 20 hp (14.71 kW). The cooling system is liquid. Electric and manual starters (manual starter with Z-shaped handle) are provided, a battery and an external generator are installed. The engine is designed for long-term operation with economical fuel consumption, can operate 10–12 hours a day, has a mass of 183 kg, and a 9 L fuel tank.

Transmission, Chassis, and Controls

The transmission is mechanical with a planetary differential, number of gears: (3 forward + 1 reverse) x 2. Forced differential lock is provided for working on heavy soils. Wheel formula 4x2, front and rear track are adjustable in the range of 1100–1450 mm for adaptation to row spacing. PTO type: belt + gear, engine drive is provided by a pair of B3250 V-belts. The minimum turning radius is 200 cm, which ensures convenient maneuvering in confined areas.

The operator will have conveniences: adjustable seat height and position, ergonomic arrangement of control levers, modern optics (high/low beam), mirrors, stop lights, and a toolbox. Brake system type — two-sided dry-type brake (drum mechanical). Clutch is single-disc, dry type, friction type with constant engagement.
