Description of the DTZ 570BN - K power tiller (4.00-10 wheels)
The DTZ 570BN-K power tiller is equipped with a 7 hp gasoline engine, which is sufficient for agricultural work.
DTZ-K power tillers are equipped with a new type of gearbox. The main advantages of the new gearbox are:
- separate reverse gear in the gearbox (easier to control which gear is engaged);
- reduced rotation speed of the 1st gear (better and more precise work with attachments);
- detachable rear housing cover;
- reinforced mounting for active attachments;
- visual oil level sensor in the gearbox.
Direct drive has lower power losses than belt drive, and therefore allows full utilization of the engine's potential, improves fuel efficiency and increases the power tiller's effectiveness.
The DTZ 570BN-K comes with 4.00-10 wheels and an 8-section rotary tiller with a maximum working width of 1140 mm.
Plant protection discs are also included.
In addition, the center of gravity of the DTZ 570BN-K is located slightly lower than that of belt-driven power tillers, which improves stability and reduces vibrations when operating the tiller.
There is no need to constantly monitor the condition and tension of the drive belts.
And thanks to the normally open clutch and the selection of reverse gear as a separate gear in the gearbox, operational safety remains at the same high level as with a belt-driven power tiller.
