The DTZ 570BN power tiller, like the DTZ 470BN, is equipped with a 7 hp gasoline engine, but it has a direct drive to the gearbox via a disc clutch, not a belt drive. A direct drive has lower power losses than a belt drive, thus allowing the engine's potential to be fully utilized, improving fuel efficiency and increasing the power tiller's effectiveness. Therefore, the DTZ 570BN is equipped with larger 4.00-10 wheels and an 8-section rotary tiller with a maximum working width of 1140 mm.
In addition, the center of gravity of the DTZ 570BN is located slightly lower than that of the DTZ 470BN, which improves stability and reduces vibrations when operating the tiller. There is no need to constantly monitor the condition and tension of the drive belts. And thanks to the new normally open type clutch and the reverse lever lock against accidental engagement, operational safety remains at the same high level as with a belt-driven power tiller.
