The Vitals Professional Am 9.0–220w commercial high-pressure washer is a professional-grade tool designed for effective cleaning of surfaces from dirt with a high-pressure water jet.
This model is characterized by high performance. It is used in home and municipal utilities for cleaning facades and building elements, park furniture, etc., and in professional service stations and car washes for washing cars, tractors, boats, motor cultivators, lawnmowers, etc.
The drive electric motor and high-pressure pump are combined into a single unit. The working tool — a gun-type nozzle with a spray tip — is connected to the pump by a strong, long hose.
The motor and pump are mounted on a sturdy metal frame. For ease of movement around the site, the washer is equipped with two wheels.
Productive and durable motor
The washer is equipped with an asynchronous (brushless) electric motor with a power of 3000 W. It consumes electricity more efficiently than a brushed motor and has high efficiency. The asynchronous electric motor has virtually no friction parts. Because of this, it heats up less and has a significantly longer service life (1000 motor hours) than a brushed motor (up to 300 motor hours).
The windings are made of 100% copper. This allows them to withstand higher operating temperatures (compared to aluminum or copper-aluminum alloy). A temperature sensor protects the motor from overload and overheating.
Brass pump
The direct-drive pump is made of brass. The alloy has increased resistance to abrasive particles, which extends the service life of the washer. The highest pump performance in the product line (up to 9 l/min) and significant water pressure at the outlet (up to 220 bar) contribute to speeding up the washing process.
Self-priming function
The pump is self-priming. This allows the use of open sources for water supply to the washer — barrels, tanks, etc. The washer comes with a hose with a filter for drawing water from a container.
Long and durable hose
The washer is equipped with a wear-resistant high-pressure hose. The hose uses metal braiding inside, which makes it very strong, durable, and resistant to kinks and bends. The hose length of 10 meters allows for processing a significant area without moving the washer around the perimeter.
Multifunctional metal lance
The versatility of the convenient metal lance is provided by 5 nozzles: a dirt blaster, a foam application nozzle, and three nozzles with different spray angles. The materials used — brass and stainless steel — make the nozzles incredibly strong and wear-resistant. By changing the nozzles, you can adjust the force and shape of the pressure jet, choosing the optimal mode for a particular type of work.
Adjustable foam nozzle
The foam nozzle is equipped with a reliable stainless steel connector and two adjustment mechanisms — for changing the jet shape and the concentration of the cleaning mixture.
Fine water filter
To protect the pump from abrasive particles, a fine water filter is included in the delivery set.
