The Vitals Master Am 7.2-165W multi high-pressure washer is a semi-professional class tool. It is designed for effective cleaning of surfaces from dirt with a high-pressure water jet.

This model is characterized by high performance. It is used in household and municipal settings for cleaning dirt from facades and building elements, park furniture, trees, etc., and in professional service stations and car washes for washing cars, tractors, boats, power tillers, lawnmowers, etc.

The drive electric motor and high-pressure pump are combined into a single unit. The working tool – a spray gun with a nozzle – is connected to the pump by a strong, long hose. To prevent the hose from taking up too much space, interfering with work, or movement, the washer is equipped with a special reel for winding the hose.

The working unit and reel are mounted on a sturdy metal frame. For ease of movement around the site, the washer is equipped with two wheels.

Productive and Durable Motor

The washer is equipped with an asynchronous (brushless) electric motor with a power of 2100 W. It consumes electricity more efficiently than a brushed motor and has high efficiency. The asynchronous electric motor is practically devoid of friction parts. Because of this, it heats up less and has a significantly longer service life (500 motor hours) compared to brushed motors (up to 300 motor hours).

The windings are made of 100% copper. Thanks to this, they withstand a higher operating temperature compared to those made of aluminum or copper-aluminum alloy. A temperature sensor protects the motor from overload and overheating. If the motor overheats, it automatically shuts off. After a few minutes, once it cools down, the motor is ready to work again.

Aluminum Pump

The three-piston axial pump is made of aluminum alloy. The alloy has increased resistance to abrasive particles, which extends the service life of the washer. The high performance of the pump (7.2 l/min) and significant water pressure at the outlet (up to 165 bar) contribute to accelerating the washing process.

Self-Priming Function

The pump is self-priming. This allows the use of open sources for water supply to the washer – barrels, tanks, etc.

"Auto-stop" Function

If the water supply to the gun is stopped, the automatic engine shutdown mechanism is activated. It helps protect the pump from overheating and self-destruction.

Long and Durable Hose

The washer is equipped with a wear-resistant high-pressure hose. Inside the hose, there is a metal braid, which makes it very strong, durable, and resistant to kinks and bends. The hose length – 7 meters – allows you to wash the car from all sides without moving the washer.

Multifunctional Metal Lance

The convenient metal lance is made multifunctional by 5 nozzles: dirt blaster, turbo, for applying foam mixture, and two nozzles with different spray angles. The materials used – brass and stainless steel – make the nozzles surprisingly strong and wear-resistant. By changing the nozzles, you can adjust the force and shape of the pressure jet, choosing the optimal mode for a particular type of work.

Adjustable Foam Nozzle

The foam nozzle is equipped with a reliable stainless steel connector and two adjustment mechanisms – for changing the jet shape and the concentration of the cleaning mixture.

Fine Water Filters

To protect the pump from abrasive particles, two fine water filters are included. They are usually used when connecting to open sources.
