Description
The Vitals Master Am 6.5-120w turbo high-pressure washer is a high-quality, compact household tool. It is designed for effective cleaning of surfaces from dirt using a high-pressure water jet. It is used for washing:
- vehicles, construction, garden, and agricultural machinery;
- sidewalks and paved areas;
- building facades and elements;
- items made of durable waterproof materials (dishes, grills, barbecues, etc.).
The drive electric motor and high-pressure pump are assembled into a single working unit. It is housed in a durable plastic casing, equipped with a carrying handle and four supports. A gun with a nozzle is connected to the working unit via a high-pressure hose.
Its light weight and compact size allow for easy movement of the washer around the work area.
Brushless Electric Motor
The washer is equipped with an asynchronous (brushless) electric motor with a power of 1650 W. It consumes electricity more efficiently than a brushed motor and has high efficiency. The asynchronous electric motor is practically free of friction parts. Because of this, it heats up less and has a significantly longer service life (500 motor hours).
The windings are made of 100% copper. This allows them to withstand higher operating temperatures compared to those made of aluminum or copper-aluminum alloy. A temperature sensor protects the motor from overload and overheating. If the motor overheats, it automatically shuts down. After a few minutes, once it cools down, the motor is ready for operation again.
Aluminum Pump
The three-piston axial pump is made of aluminum alloy. The alloy has increased resistance to abrasive particles, which extends the service life of the washer. The high pump performance (6.5 l/min) contributes to speeding up the washing process.
Self-Priming Function
The pump is self-priming. This allows the use of open sources for water supply to the washer – barrels, tanks, etc.
"Autostop" Function
If the water supply to the gun is stopped, the automatic engine stop mechanism is activated. It helps protect the pump from overheating and self-destruction.
Built-in Pressure Gauge
A glycerin-filled pressure gauge is built into the washer body. It allows monitoring the water jet pressure.
Long and Durable Hose
The washer is equipped with a wear-resistant high-pressure hose. Metal braiding gives the hose high strength. Its length – 7 meters – allows washing quite large objects without moving the washer.
Multifunctional Gun
The gun's design allows it to be used in two variants: standard and shortened (when the working space is limited). The adjustable nozzle allows changing the shape of the pressure jet.
Foam Nozzle Included
The washer comes with a foam nozzle for creating foam from a mixture of water and shampoo, and applying foam during washing.
Fine Water Filters
To protect the pump from abrasive particles, two fine water filters are included. They are typically used when connecting to open sources.
