It is recommended to attach it to the M-TAC gorget with 1A ballistic inserts for Cuirass QRS or to the shoulder platform of the Cuirass QRS plate carrier, ensuring compatibility with other gear elements.

The design includes a plastic frame with a D-ring, which acts as a connecting element and allows for quick removal of the shoulder system. The anatomical shape of the module ensures a comfortable fit: height is adjusted by a vertical strap with hook-and-loop fasteners, and arm circumference is adjusted and secured by a special horizontal strap. Attachment to the plate carrier is done using hook-and-loop fasteners for reliable and quick installation.

The shoulder pads are made of Cordura 500D and equipped with ballistic inserts made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). It is important to note that the designation 1A or Class 1 means an equivalent in composition, tested on standard samples measuring 400x400 mm, so on smaller samples and other shapes, the indicators may differ, particularly regarding behind-armor blunt trauma.
