Description of Vitals Master AGK 396-100Y Car Compressor

The Vitals Master AGK 396-100Y is a semi-professional car compressor. It does not use oil for piston lubrication, thus delivering clean, oil-free air. This is especially important for the long service life of products made from materials that degrade under the action of hydrocarbons contained in oil.

It can be operated with high intensity and simultaneously offers a long service life. Such a unit will be useful both at service stations and in a car trunk. It can inflate large-diameter car tires, even for SUVs. Additionally, it will come in handy in the forest or near water to easily inflate a mattress, rubber boat, or other inflatable equipment. Despite its good performance, it is portable, compact, and lightweight (4.5 kg).

High Performance

Thanks to a 42 mm diameter piston and a powerful electric motor (396 W), the unit boasts high performance of 100 l/min. This allows for quick inflation (or topping up) of tires or other items.

The cylindrical casing is made of wear-resistant steel. It is resistant to deformation and reliably protects the unit from impacts and other hazardous factors. The steel is covered with high-quality powder paint, which protects the metal from corrosion and does not wear off during prolonged use.

The cylinder is equipped with an aluminum radiator. Large-area fins effectively dissipate heat generated during air compression. This ensures long-term safe operation. Additionally, there is a built-in fuse that switches off the electric motor if the temperature exceeds 70 °C.

For ease of use, the manometer is graduated in PSI (marked in red) and BAR (marked in black). The scale is protected from impacts, dust, and moisture by durable glass. The air extension hose is made of strong, bend- and pressure-resistant polyurethane. The 7.5 m hose length allows access to all car wheels without moving the compressor.

Quick-Release Connector and Nozzles
