The dangler pouch body is made from high-quality Cordura® 1000D NYLON Brookwood® MultiCam® 380g/m² fabric with NIR treatment, which reduces visibility in night-vision devices. The fabric has a double polyurethane coating for protection against moisture and lubricants, is flame-retardant, resistant to abrasion and fading in the sun, and maintains performance properties in extreme conditions.

The dangler pouch zipper is rubberized and protects the pouch from moisture penetration. It features two sliders for quick opening from either side. The front Velcro panel is made using LaserCut technology and equipped with a MOLLE system, allowing for patch attachment or additional gear. The hook-and-loop attachment allows for convenient connection of the pouch to a plate carrier or body armor with a Velcro flap.

The dangler pouch has four compartments: three internal and one front, which can accommodate essential items. A Class 1 ballistic insert from Militex can be installed in the rear Velcro-closed pocket. Testing and protection level

The MILITEX armor insert withstood shots from:

• 9×18 mm pistol round (velocity 341±1 m/s) with a spherical nose and a steel non-heat-treated core in a tombac-plated steel jacket, cartridge 57-N-181s (Makarov pistol);
• 9×19 mm Luger round (velocity 401±1 m/s) in a full metal jacket of copper alloy with a hemispherical nose and a soft (lead) core in accordance with the requirements of clauses 6.1.2., 7.1.1, table 1 of DSTU 8782:2018 «Personal protective equipment. Body armor.» for Class 1 protection; maximum blunt trauma deformation depth — 20.0 mm.

Class 1 refers to an equivalent composition tested on standard laboratory samples of 500×500 mm, so blunt trauma may vary depending on the size and shape of the ballistic insert.
