Description of Vitals Fix 290 ml White Acrylic Adhesive

Vitals Fix 290 ml White Acrylic Adhesive is a ready-to-use, water-based, solvent-free adhesive with high bonding strength, used for bonding numerous building materials and for household applications.

Properties and Benefits:

• acrylic dispersion-based;
• good adhesion to rough surfaces;
• for indoor and outdoor use;
• moisture-resistant;
• paintable.

Areas of Application:

• bonding materials: wood, unpolished stone, concrete, plaster, tiles, panels, synthetic building materials, etc.;
• installation of foam and polyurethane moldings, cornices, wooden building elements, wooden and gypsum panels, gypsum decorations;
• installation of decorative wooden ornaments;
• repair of cracks in walls and plaster;
• suitable for materials: MDF, chipboard, expanded polystyrene, concrete, brickwork, ceramics, stone, drywall, etc.

Application Recommendations:

• surfaces must be dry, clean, free of dust and grease;
• one of the surfaces must be porous to achieve maximum strength and accelerate curing;
• application temperature from +5° C to +35° C.
• apply adhesive to the edges and corners of the materials. Press the materials together and fix them in this position. The position of the materials can be adjusted immediately after joining. Fixation may be required to hold them in the desired position;
• the adhesive must be protected from moisture or rain until fully cured;
• excess fresh adhesive can be cleaned with water. Cured adhesive is removed mechanically.

Storage and Shelf Life

Shelf life is 15 months when stored in an undamaged factory package in a dry and cool place.
