When folded, it serves as a compact seat; when unfolded, it allows you to lie down, though not at full length. When an armor insert is installed, it provides additional protection for the buttocks and thighs against fragments.

• Four-compartment design, separated by seams, allowing it to be conveniently folded "book-style."
• Each compartment has a layer of resilient foam for comfort when sitting on hard surfaces.
• One compartment features a hook-and-loop opening for installing an armor insert measuring 35×25.5 cm (armor insert sold separately).
• Quick attachment in the folded state using a flip-over strap with elastic cords to prevent the mat from unfolding or dangling.
• Side straps in the form of "wings" are sewn at an angle; an elastic band is located inside them, and a regular strap on the outside for comfortable wearing on the belt or suspension on an RPS/MOLLE system.
• The straps connect with a fastex buckle and have an adjustable length (91 cm); the free end is secured with an elastic band.
• Two attachments with Velcro loops allow the mat to be laced to a MOLLE system or quickly detached using fastex buckles without lengthy lacing.

The mat is convenient for daily wear and quick use: it can be hung on a belt using the side straps, laced to a MOLLE system, or suspended from a regular belt. Thanks to its design solutions (elastic band inside the "wings," external webbing, and adjustable Velcro attachments), the attachment does not pinch the skin or restrict movement during activity. When folded, the mat takes up little space and serves as an excellent seat; when unfolded, it provides a comfortable place to rest in the field or during training.

Soft ballistic anti-fragmentation protection can be purchased separately — it is not included in the set. This tactical mat is ideal for those who value compactness, protection, and functionality in field conditions.
